The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs confirms that the 13 Croatian citizens who have been detained in Belgrade were released yesterday and today. Six of the detainees arrived in Croatia yesterday, while the rest are expected today.
Croatian embassy officials visited today the 14 Croatian citizens serving a 15-day prison sentence in Padinska Skela and confirmed that all were fine. Some of them are in contact with their families, while a few asked the embassy officials to get in touch with their families.
The ministry, through its embassy in Belgrade, will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide consular assistance to all detained Croatian citizens who request it, remaining available for communication with their families.
