Visa is an approval for:
It is issued for one, two or more entries for transit, tourist, business, private or other purposes.
The validity period of a visa depends on the circumstances of traveling and cannot exceed five years.
The possession of a visa is not a guarantee of entry into Croatia. Other legal requirements must also be met. Aliens may not work in the territory of Croatia based on a visa alone.
Visa application shall be submitted prior to the entry into Croatia, at the competent Embassy/Consulate (link na http://www.mvep.hr/en/diplomatic-directory/ ). If there is no Croatian Embassy/Consulate in the applicant's country, the application may be submitted at the nearest Croatian Embassy/Consulate.
Visa application (link na http://www.mvep.hr/en/consular-information/visas/forms/visa-application/ ) shall be submitted in person. Exceptionally and in justified cases, a visa applicant does not need to file the application personally, but he/she shall present himself/herself when called upon by the Embassy/Consulate.
Visa applications for minors or persons deprived of their business capacity shall be submitted by their legal representative.
Visa application shall be submitted no sooner than three months prior to the date of the intended trip.
